New 3 Mobile Broadband Deals For Apple iPad Wi-Fi + 3G

Popular mobile operator 3 have this week launched a new range of broadband deals for customers purchasing the Apple iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G.

The new iPad broadband pricing increases the current choice of fixed contract data plans and also introduces new SIM-only tariffs aswell.

Consumers looking to sign up on a contract basis will find the iPad priced at £25 per month with a 15GB data allowance and a one-off upfront cost.

The choice of iPad packages currently available with 3 mobile broadband include the iPad Wi-Fi + 3G 16GB for £199, a 32GB option for £249 or a 64GB iPad priced at £349.

There is also the option of buying the Apple iPad outright without spreading the cost of the tablet. With prices starting from £529, consumers could then just use their iPad with a SIM-only tariff.

3 currently offer a number of rolling 1-month Micro-SIM contracts with 1GB of data priced at £7.50 per month, and 10GB priced at £15.

Customers on 3′s pay-as-you-go service can purchase 1GB of data for 30 days for £10, or 3GB for £20, depending on how often they expect to use the internet via their iPad.

Commenting on the launch of these new 2 mobile iPad deals, Marc Allera, Sales and Marketing Director at 3, said the ISP was “delighted” to launch new pricing options for the iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G, in addition to its SIM-only plans for the tablet.
