3 Voted Most Popular UK Mobile Broadband Provider

Mobile broadband provider 3 have been crowned the UK’s top mobile broadband provider in a survey conducted by YouGov.

The new customer satisfaction study collected data from over 2,000 mobile broadband users in the UK, and found 3 to have comfortably outperformed rivals in ten of the 12 categories analysed.

3 Mobile beat their rivals (Orange, T-Mobile, O2 and Vodafone) in categories that included Fastest Connection Speeds, Reliability, Billing, Overall Quality of Service, Best Value for Money, Ease of Use and User Satisfaction.

Commenting on the YouGov findings, 3′s Director of Mobile Broadband Joe Parker, said it was “great that our customers have rated us the Number One Mobile Broadband provider in the UK. It is a customer endorsement of the massive investment we have been put into our network over the past two years and the speed at which this programme is developing. The network continues to grow in reach, speed and capacity.”

3 currently have the largest market share of mobile broadband services in the UK, and offer some of the cheapest deals with prices starting from just £15 for 15GB of monthly data allowance.
