iOS 4.3 Supports iPad Multi-Touch

Apple’s new iOS 4.3 beta is now available to developers, which gives us a look at what new features the operating system will bring to the iPhone and iPad devices.
Top of the list has to be the significant arrival of multi-touch gestures for the iPad, which will allow users to pinch, swipe and flick the iPad’s screen using up to five fingers.
Another major addition to iOS 4.3 is the personal hotspot feature which enables users to set up their own Wi-Fi zone for use with other GSM devices.
Other minor changes include a new FaceTime app, larger app icons in the App Store menu and some new camera sounds.
