LG Optimus Pad Tablet To Be Unveiled At MWC 2011

LG are planning to unveil the UK version of their Android powered Optimus Pad tablet at the Mobile World Congress 2011 taking place next month.
According to reports by French news site GPSandco, an LG spokesperson in France confirmed some of the details for the Optimus Pad revealing that the device is capable of recording in 3D thanks to having two seperate webcams.
Powered by Android 3.0 Honeycomb, the LG Optimus Pad will feature the same Nvidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor as the Motorola Xoom, along with an 8.9-inch display which will be 3D-enabled.
The LG Optimus Pad is expected to be priced around the £250 mark when it launches in the UK later this year.
