New O2 Budget Mobile Broadband Package Launched

O2 Mobile BroadbandUK mobile operator O2 have launched a low cost mobile broadband service priced at just £5 a month on a short 30-day minimum contract.

The new budget O2 service includes a 500Mb (0.5GB) monthly data usage allowance, with a USB dongle modem that it priced at £19.99.

The cheap O2 mobile broadband package also features unlimited Wi-Fi access available through 1,000s of Hotspots provided by The Cloud and BT Openzone.

Commenting on the new mobile broadband service, O2’s Head of Home and Broadband Marketing, Vishal Khakhar, said:

We know that customers want to access the internet more and more and also are looking for shorter contracts. By offering this market leading 30 day rolling contract we are giving customers flexibility without having to top up on pay and go.

O2 currently offer a wide range of mobile broadband services including Pay & Go, Pay Month, and Free Laptop packages.
