Three Mobile Receives The Most Mobile Broadband Complaints According Ofcom

Mobile network Three has topped the list of mobile broadband operators most complained about according to new findings published by industry regulator Ofcom.

Mobile operators with the Most Complaints

1. Three (3) (0.15)
2. T-Mobile (0.13)
3. Orange (0.10)
4. Vodafone (0.09)
5. O2 (0.04)

Broadband ISPs with the Most Complaints

1. TalkTalk (1.27)
2. BT (0.61)
3. Sky Broadband (0.39)
4. Virgin Media (0.20)

Thanks to a series of major issues during 2010 (namely billing errors and miss-selling concerns), home broadband provider TalkTalk topped the list for fixe ISP complaints.

Ofcom currently field around 450 telecoms related complaints per day covering a wide range of mobile issues and services, including everything from billing issues to technical support problems.
